Frequently Asked Questions - Videography
Should we book a wedding videographer?
The answer is always YES, and we are not biased. Having a video of your most important day to watch back is a gift to cherish for life. There are so many special moments that only videos can truly capture their essence. The emotions and rawness in videos cannot be replaced by photographs.
What area do you cover?
We are in Leeds, Yorkshire, but travel all over the UK. We charge travel for venues that are 60 miles or over from us. Accommodation may be added if we have to stay one or two nights due to the distance.
How much deposit do you take?
We require a non-refundable deposit of £300 for one photographer/videographer or £500 for both of us to secure your full-day wedding booking within the UK (subject to change). The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding day.
How long does it take to receive the videos?
For full-day coverage, we aim to deliver your video within 8-12 weeks, but it is often delivered sooner.
For shorter coverage, we usually deliver the video sooner.
Do you use a drone?
Yes, we have a drone license, so if the weather and the venue allow, we are more than happy to capture drone footage.
Can we meet to discuss this further?
Yes, we are more than happy to meet within a certain distance of Leeds, but most of our couples are happy to have a video call before the wedding day to run through the details.
Two months before your wedding, we will send over a questionnaire that asks for important information regarding your big day so we can film and create the best video for you.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. We are happy to send these documents to your venue if required.
